We ship via USPS First Class/Priority Mail, with a delivery time of 3-5 days from the time the order has COMPLETED processing.

If a package is returned for any reason other than our error, the customer will be responsible for the additional charges. Orders are shipped daily on business days, Monday through Friday.

If you are shipping to a U.S. P.O. Box, we offer UPS SurePost service free on orders $50 and over.
We ship international orders through DHL Express and DHL eCommerce. Where available, you will be able to select your preferred shipping method at checkout. Shipping costs are calculated based on the size, weight and destination country/region of your package once you begin the checkout process. For your convenience, the shipping costs provided included all import duties, taxes and applicable fees.
All orders ship Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.

Returns & Exchanges
At Nic B Cosmetics, your satisfaction matters to us. In an effort to give you the best experience, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with the products purchased from Nic B Cosmetics, you may return the unused portion for exchange or refund. Returns must be made within 3 days of receipt of your order. Please contact us promptly with any concerns so they may be addressed in a timely manner.
If you would like to return or exchange a product(s) purchased simply contact us via phone or email. Please see our instruction for your return below.
1. EMAIL US:
Our Service Team will provide you with a return code and label.
2. PRINT IT
Print the label from your email. Complete the Return Merchandise/Exchange section on the back of the invoice included with your order. Please check the appropriate box if the item was a gift.
3. PACK IT
Carefully pack items into the box and include the completed invoice. Seal the box and affix the label to the outside of the box.
Note: if returning glass items please wrap it to avoid breakage.
Unfortunately, we can’t offer merchandise exchanges on orders shipped internationally. Only credit back to the original form of payment is available.
